## **Policy Details – In-Person Professional Consultation** ### **Service Description** The In-Person Professional Consultation is a scheduled on-site visit to the property to review existing conditions, identify visible concerns, and provide general guidance related to home improvement, repair, or renovation projects. This service is intended to help property owners make informed decisions before moving forward with any work. The consultation fee **may be applied as a credit or discount toward the total project cost** only if the client chooses to proceed and formally hires our company to perform the recommended work. --- ### **What Is Included** * One scheduled on-site visit to the property. * Visual evaluation of areas related to the requested project. * Identification of visible issues or potential risks. * Professional recommendations based on experience and industry best practices. * General guidance on possible solutions and project options. * Preliminary cost ranges or ballpark estimates, when applicable. * Time to answer general questions during the visit. --- ### **What Is NOT Included (Exclusions)** * No certified inspections (structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, or engineering). * Does not replace city inspections, permit reviews, or third-party evaluations. * No architectural plans, engineering reports, drawings, or calculations. * No guarantee of permit approval or code compliance. * No repairs, corrective work, labor, or materials included. * Does not cover hidden or non-visible conditions. * Not a final estimate, binding quote, or construction contract. --- ### **Important Terms** * The consultation fee is **non-refundable**. * The consultation credit applies **only if the client hires our company** for the project. * The credit is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other promotions. * Any construction or repair work requires a separate written agreement. * All recommendations are based solely on visible conditions at the time of the visit. --- ### **Acceptance** By scheduling and paying for the in-person consultation, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Policy Details.
